Cancellation Policy
Policy & Contractual Agreement By submitting this form and securing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Contract & Portal Access Upon placing your order, you will receive an email containing your Client Contract and Project Portal Link. Both must be reviewed, signed, and submitted within 5 business days to begin your project. Completion of these steps is required prior to your onboarding call. 2. Turnaround Time Standard processing is 10–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Turnaround times may vary depending on client response time, scope of work, and revision requests. 3. Revision Policy Each project includes two (2) complimentary revisions per design. Revisions include minor adjustments such as: Text changes (spelling, date, time, or pricing) Small color corrections Font swaps Requests outside the scope of these changes — including complete layout alterations, image swaps, or new concepts — are considered redesigns and will incur an additional fee. Additional revisions are billed at $5 each, up to $50 in cases requiring full redesign or reformatting. 4. Project Abandonment Clients have 5 business days to complete their contract and access the client portal after the booking confirmation. Failure to comply will result in automatic project closure without refund. To reopen a closed or abandoned project, a reactivation fee ranging from $50 to $150 (based on the service purchased) will apply, and a new timeline will be established. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
