Event Policies

Ticketing & Admission

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

General Admission tickets expire at 6 PM and do not include mixer access.

VIP and upgraded ticket holders must present proper credentials for priority entry and mixer access.

Entry requires valid identification and proof of ticket purchase.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.

Re-entry is subject to venue security approval and is not guaranteed.

Late Arrival Policy
• Doors open at the posted time on your ticket or Eventbrite confirmation.
• Late arrivals may experience delayed seating or restricted access, depending on the event flow.
• No refunds or adjustments will be issued for late attendees.
Photography, Videography & Media Release
By entering The Healing Seat, you grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be used in event photos, video recordings, and future promotional materials without compensation.
• Personal photography is allowed unless it disrupts the event.
• Professional photography or videography requires prior approval.

Event Conduct & Expectations
To maintain a safe, respectful, and healing-centered environment:
• Disorderly, aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Event staff have the right to remove any individual who poses a disruption or threat.
• Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security, and volunteers.
• Harassment of any kind—verbal, physical, or online—is strictly prohibited.
