The Healing Seat: Where Faith Meets Her Comeback

By purchasing a ticket, registering as a volunteer, participating as a vendor or sponsor, or entering the event space, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are in place to protect the safety, integrity, and experience of all attendees.

1. Ticketing & Admission

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• General Admission tickets expire at 6 PM and do not include mixer access.
• VIP and upgraded ticket holders must present proper credentials for priority entry and mixer access.
• Entry requires valid identification and proof of ticket purchase.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.
• Re-entry is subject to venue security approval and is not guaranteed.

2. Late Arrival Policy

• Doors open at the posted time on your ticket or Eventbrite confirmation.
• Late arrivals may experience delayed seating or restricted access, depending on the event flow.
• No refunds or adjustments will be issued for late attendees.

3. Event Conduct & Expectations

To maintain a safe, respectful, and healing-centered environment:
• Disorderly, aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Event staff have the right to remove any individual who poses a disruption or threat.
• Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security, and volunteers.
• Harassment of any kind—verbal, physical, or online—is strictly prohibited.

4. Photography, Videography & Media Release

By entering The Healing Seat, you grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be used in event photos, video recordings, and future promotional materials without compensation.
• Personal photography is allowed unless it disrupts the event.
• Professional photography or videography requires prior approval.

5. Personal Belongings & Liability

• The Healing Seat and its venue partners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Attendees assume full responsibility for their personal property.
• For safety reasons, bag checks may be required upon entry.

6. Event Changes

The Healing Seat reserves the right to:
• Adjust the schedule, speakers, seating layout, or panel lineup
• Modify event programming, decor, or structure
• Change timing or location if necessary for safety or logistics
In cases of postponement, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
In cases of complete cancellation (rare), credits will be offered for future events but refunds will not be issued.

7. Age Requirement

The Healing Seat is designed as an adult women’s healing experience.
• Attendees must be 18 years or older unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Prohibited Items

To maintain a safe and sacred environment, the following items are not allowed:
• Weapons or sharp objects
• Outside food or alcoholic beverages
• Illegal substances
• Disruptive noise devices
• Unauthorized promotional materials

Violations may result in removal without refund.

9. COVID-19 / Health Disclaimer

• Attendees must follow all venue and city health guidelines.
• If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending.

10. Agreement to Terms

By attending The Healing Seat, you acknowledge that:
• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• You understand the emotional nature of the conversations and grant yourself space and grace.
• You accept responsibility for your personal participation, emotional responses, and self-care needs.
