We are based out of Dallas, TX and most of our business is done digitally over conferencing applications.

We are experts via Wix and Shopify. Please note the client is responsible for domain, hosting and site maintenance after the completion of their project.

Once a design process has begun, a deposit has been made and concepts have been developed you may not switch to another design package: Especially, if the following applies :

+ If the package deal is of lesser value than the one you currently have.

+ If the package deal is 35 % to 50% completed.

​

+ If you received a discounted price on your branding package.

So, please be sure you have chosen the right branding package that fits your brand before me we start.

You can make cancellations up to 72 hours after receipt of deposit payment. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.

+ If you have made a deposit on a project, but haven't communicated with our team after 30 days, your contract will be void.

You will not be given a refund and must pay a fee if you would to utilize our services again.

The average turnaround time for a website and branding packages is 4-12 weeks depending on the size of the project and clients’ completion of tasks. Logo turn around time is 5-7 business days for standard services.

• Same Day Rush Fees Must Be Purchased for any service to be completed the same day (must be purchased during business hours )

The Turnaround time may be increased for sale bookings. Please note ES Branding Solution is not responsible for the turnaround time fluctuating due to client communication. Services may be earlier but guarantees can't be made.

If you abandon your services or add on items to your existing order your turnaround time starts from the date of the latest purchase.

ES Branding Solutions will not work in a hostile work environment. Examples Of A Hostile work environment include but are not limited too:

• Frequent calls outside of business hours

• Harassment on the owners personal page via direct message or newsfeed

• Public slander, threats , and vulgar language being used .

This will result in your services being cancelled and possible legal action to be taken.

ES Branding Solutions only offers refund at our discretion. Updates On services will be provided as they’re available . Please do not try to rush the design process.
