DOULA ON CALL
IDEAS NEED
CARE, TOO.
Some ideas are born ready.
Others need nurturing, guidance, strategy, and support before they're ready to
enter the world.

That's where I come in.

I'm E. Simone, founder of The Doula Collective and creator of the Collective Care Unit (CCU)—a NICU-inspired creative ecosystem designed to help ideas, brands, businesses, and experiences move from concept to execution.

MY STORY
Why "The Doula Collective?"
As a two-time NICU mom, I've experienced firsthand what it means to watch something small, fragile, and full of potential fight to grow.

The NICU taught me that development takes time.
It taught me that support matters.

It taught me that not everything arrives fully formed.
Years later, I realized businesses, brands, events, and creative ideas often follow the same journey.

Many people have incredible ideas but need guidance, structure, resources, and care to bring them to life.

The Doula Collective was created to bridge that gap.

WHO WE SERVE
At The Doula Collective, we believe every idea deserves the opportunity to grow, develop, and thrive. Whether you're launching a business, building a personal brand, planning a celebration, leading an organization, or simply bringing a creative vision to life, our Collective Care Unit was designed to provide the support, strategy, and resources needed at every stage of the journey.

Just as every patient entering a care unit has different needs, every client we serve requires a unique level of guidance and support. Some arrive with a fully developed vision and need help bringing it to market. Others arrive with nothing more than an idea and a dream. No matter where you are in the process, we meet you there.
