Journal Revamp (You Provide the Design)

  After checkout you’ll receive an upload form. Provide your current journal file (Canva link, PPT, INDD, or PDF), brand colors/fonts, and any notes.

• Revamp & review
  I’ll refine the design and send a preview/proof for your feedback.

• Revisions
  Up to 3 rounds are included to finalize details.

• Final delivery
  Receive print‑ready and digital‑ready PDFs, plus a Canva transfer (if applicable).

Standard: 7-10 business days for journals up to 100 pages (from the time complete assets are received). Longer page counts or add‑ons may extend timing. Rush available.

• Your current journal file (preferred: Canva link or PDF; InDesign/PPT accepted)

• Any brand assets (logos, fonts, hex codes)

• Licensed images/graphics you want included (you confirm you have usage rights)

• Common sizes: 6×9, 7×10, 8×10, 8.5×11 (others on request)

• Print specs with bleed/margins per your printer/KDP

• Digital interactive PDF option (checkboxes/lines where feasible)

• This is a digital service; no physical item ships.

• Revisions cover design tweaks, not new content or full redesign.

• If your files are incomplete or low‑resolution, additional cleanup may be quoted.

• Final files are delivered after approval and payment completion.

• All client‑provided assets must be owned/licensed by you.

Can you fix sizing for KDP?
Yes. I’ll format to your chosen trim size and export KDP‑ready PDFs with bleed/margins.

I built it in Canva—can you work from that?
Yes. Share an editable Canva link with edit access. I’ll return an updated version plus final PDFs.

Can you add new sections or prompts?
Yes—add as a content/editing add‑on or request a mini‑bundle of new page templates.

What if I need more than 3 revision rounds?
Additional rounds are available at $25/round.

Project under 25 pages require payment in full to begin.

Projects over 25 pages may require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due at proof approval.

For journals over 150 pages, pricing will vary depending on complexity, page count, and additional formatting requirements. These projects require a custom quote before work begins to ensure accurate pricing and realistic turnaround times. Please contact us before ordering if your project exceeds 150 pages.
